Boat Race at Punnamuda Kayal

Today was the day of Nehru Cup boat race at Punnamuda Kayal, Alappuzha, my raison d'être of this holiday. It surpassed all my expectations, despite few negatives that I will dwell upon later. Nearly 700 photographs and scores of videos in my camera.  It will be a hard time to pick a few. I will leave you with these images of raw energy, which epitomized the events of the day.
